Jordans Collectables is located in historic downtown Truckee, California adjacent to the North Shore of Lake Tahoe.

Jordans is housed in the Kruger Whitehouse. This beautiful building was built in 1873 and has the honor of being chosen to be on the National register of Historic Places.

Under the direction of Claudia Tatum, the Queen Anne Eastlake Victorian has undergone extensive and painstakingly precise restoration, with a great deal of care and attention paid to every detail.

The home was built by William Henry Kruger for his wife and six children. Mr. Kruger was partner with E.J. Brickell in the very large and successful Truckee Lumber Company. Henry Kruger passed away in 1891 leaving his fortune to his wife and children. Mary Adella Richardson Kruger passed away in 1940.

Charles Bernard White, a Bank of America executive and prominent Truckee citizen, purchased the home for his lovely wife Belle and his infant son, C.B. White junior. Belle White was a noted concert pianist, offering instruction in their home for many decades. Today an antique Steinway replaces the original massive piano that Belle White played.

This beautiful and interesting house is the ideal location for Jordans Collectables.
